George Farah: Bulletproof
Article Abstract:
Bodybuilder George Farah was shot several times in Aug 1997, suffering extensive injuries. After initial surgery, he had several cardiac arrests and was pronounced dead. He went into a coma, and was only saved by his muscle mass supplying energy reserves.

Chondromalacia patella is a painful condition of the knee joint due to roughening of the smooth cartilage in the joint surfaces. It sometimes afflicts bodybuilders and squatting exercise should be modified or discontinued. Surgery may be necessary.
