Get the right people 'on the bus'
Article Abstract:
The businesses that tend to focus on hiring the right people and putting them in the right seats, are the ones that transform themselves from good to great. The Core Team Theory, the concept of growing and developing skilled team members, is based on having highly skilled dentists remain in dentistry for a long time with the benefit of allowing the practice to reach high percentiles of production at a low level of stress without maintaining all team members indefinitely.

Is the dentist an entrepreneur? Yes and no
Article Abstract:
The spirit of entrepreneurism exists in most dental practices because the dentist desires to be successful, however, the dentist is not an entrepreneur in the traditional sense, as the normal laws of entrepreneurism do not apply to him. Dental practices bring an old and proven idea to patients unlike entrepreneurial companies that attempt to bring a new idea to the market.
