There are two good reasons to improve muscle tone ands strength in thighs. The first is what the change does for appearance. The second is even more important because improved thigh muscles improve walking and more vigorous physical activity. The five exercises demonstrated here, also, help with better posture. Expected results in three and six weeks are outlined.
