Have a nice day
Article Abstract:
UK health services are increasingly using study days as a way of keeping nurses up to date with professional and clinical developments. However, to be effective, as much attention must be paid to designing study days as to organising longer courses. Those organising study days can use and adapt existing curriculum models and educational theories: this will help organisers to put together a well-structured course which meets the needs of the target group. A formal basis on a sound educational theory also allows the possibility of obtaining formal accreditation for the study day.
