Healthy hair hints
Article Abstract:
Salt water and chlorinated water can damage hair. Those who regularly swim in chlorinated water should protect their hair with swim caps. Putting in a leave-in conditioner under the cap also helps. After swimming, hair should be thoroughly shampooed and rinsed. Salt water leaves sand, salt, and other debris in hair. Salt water swimmers should rinse with freshwater as soon as possible.
