Eating fish will help prevent heart disease, erase memory problems and children should be put on a seafood diet at the earliest so that they make it a habit to have seafood. Four delicious recipes using white fish is presented to make the kids overcome 'the yuck factor' as the fish has a lower flavor and tends to have very little pollutant mercury.
