Clinical view
Article Abstract:
An agency nurse describes the hostility with she is treated by other nurses with whom she works. Nurses ought to be able to make strangers feel welcome, but some of them do not appear to have communication skills. The reasons for their attitude could be that they are not appreciated, that they work too hard and do not receive high enough salaries.
