'If service users felt listened to they'd be happier to compromise'
Article Abstract:
A exhaustive research on the needs and wants of the service users of mental health care, highlighted that in the world of mental health care time has no significance and that the concerned professionals had no consideration for the unfortunate plight of their clients. It is believed that the mental health care service, being an imperfect system, service users would perhaps be happier to compromise in such a system if they felt truly listened to, and that the service providers would try to do their jobs better, if they didn't feel criticized.
