Immaculate contraception
Article Abstract:
The Corner is a drop-in centre in Dundee, United Kingdom, which offers health services to young people aged between 12 and 25. Most of them want contraceptive advice, and 55% of the callers are less than 16 years old. These young people feel less embarrassed going to The Corner than a family planning clinic because it is much more informal and pleasantly furnished. The two nurses who are members of the staff both offer emergency contraception to young people, and they also talk to them about their sexual behaviour.

Youngsters get an introduction to sexual health clinics
Article Abstract:
Mock sexual health clinics were established at local schools where there were high levels of teenage pregnancy and a lack of awareness about sexual health services. The clinics took the form of briefing sessions which encouraged students to prepare questions. An increase in young people registering at family planning clinics was noted, which could be partly due to the mock clinics.
