Article Abstract:
Verbal abuse is a growing problem of the society and is explained in the cases of teachers, police, doctors, and prisoners who complain that it depletes ones morale. In August 2004, the Rule Out Abuse campaign was launched to tackle the problem of verbal abuse of nurses but this problem would continue unless management takes complaints seriously giving proper support and training.

Breaking the bottlenecks
Article Abstract:
An initiative is rolled out throughout the UK to help senior nurses tackle bottlenecks in the health care system. The government's Improvement Partnership for Hospitals initiative helps to integrate health care improvement work at the local health community and it is an effective and radical reform for the nurses.
