'In five years things will be better for nursing students'
Article Abstract:
Nurses who are about to register in 2007 are facing grave problems, as there are no jobs in the PCT for newly registered nurses. Hence, student nurses may have to take up opportunities of healthcare assistants presently, but hopefully in five years, retirement of a large numbers of nurses will have created a shortage of nurses, thus resulting in a demand for more nurses.
