In vivo imaging of siRNA delivery and silencing in tumors
Article Abstract:
Dual-purpose probes are developed for in vivo transfer of siRNA and simultaneous imaging of its accumulation in tumors by high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and near-infrared in vivo optical imaging (NIRF). This new approach might advance siRNA delivery and imaging strategies, which are essential for cancer therapeutic product development and optimization.

In vivo molecular target assessment of matrix metalloproteinase inhibition
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on the matrix metalloproteinase inhibitors. The development of these inhibitors as the cytostatic and anti-angiogenic agents has been carried out and they are being currently clinically tested.

In vivo magnetic resonance imaging of transgene expression
Article Abstract:
Transgene expression has been observed in living mice by magnetic resonance imaging. The technique developed through this study suggests cell surface proteins could be used to image and detect tumors in humans.
