A fractured diagnosis
Article Abstract:
A case study of a 44-year old woman suffering pain in her right thigh shortly after she had minor fall is presented. A fractured femoral neck after a minor fall in this patient is found to be very uncommon and the associated limp pain and severe weight loss suggest the possibility of cancer, chronic infection, or autoimmune disease.
