Article Abstract:
The proposed liaison role of community matron who is expected to manage a caseload of the most vulnerable patients in the community and procure all elements of a care package for about 50 patients with a range of long-term conditions is described. Community matrons are expected to liaise between primary care, social services and hospital settings while working in harmony with the general practitioners.

Article Abstract:
The author describes the various contradictory policies made by the NHS that hinders the primary care in the hospital. The staff is expected to lead to a healthy life but is provided with no means of entertainment is a very important example.
