Nutrients can help bodybuilders maintain the health and integrity of their joints. Some of these nutrients include glucosamine and chondroitan sulfate, vitamins C, D and E, folate, cobalamin, gamma linolenic acid and niacin. It is also important to apply a certain degree of resistance to the joints.

Vitamins & muscle strength
Article Abstract:
Evidence shows that vitamin C supplementation may improve muscle strength. However, a study conducted by researchers at California State University in Fullerton revealed that supplementing with vitamin C works only for the knee-extensor muscles.
