Bodybuilders who want to work simultaneously on their biceps and lateral humeral epicondylitis or tennis elbow but with greater stress on the latter should consider anatomy and biomechanics before embarking on a training regimen. In this regard, it is important to make some adjustments in one's program to emphasize the tennis elbow more than the biceps.

Standing T-bar row: this exercise targets many of your back's main muscles
Article Abstract:
The standing T-bar row is considered the most effective exercise for the back muscles since it targets majority of the back's prime movers. Performing a shrug toward the end of a set is also effective, although it is not recommended for beginners. Workout tips for back muscles are presented.
