Lack of principles
Article Abstract:
The association between aberrant mitoses and malignant tumours pursued by Theodor Boveri, found that aberrant mitoses led to unequal distribution of chromosomes, and incorrect combination of chromosomes generated malignant cell, which are detrimental, thus laying the foundations for viewing cancer as a genetic disease. Bover's foretold existence of cell-cycle checkpoints are all linked to the development of cancer by indirectly aberrant mitoses, which has found acceptance.

Article Abstract:
Cancer is caused by multiple mutations into a general framework of tumour development, progression through the accumulation and selection of genetic changes. It is suggest that cancer evolution through the accumulation and tumour-suppressor genes and the stepwise selection of more malignant tumour-cell populations is widely adopted and generalized to all common forms of cancer.

Article Abstract:
A multitude of studies and applied mathematical models to cancer mortality rates as a function of age is studied to explore a series of mutations accumulating over time. It is found that all human cancers display a multitude of genetic and epigenetic changes and a number of alterations are required for the step-wise progression of tumour development.
