Leg-press calf raise
Article Abstract:
The leg-press calf raise is an effective exercise for developing strong and muscular calves. It requires sitting in an incline leg-press machine and must be done at a slow or moderate speed. Primary muscles involved in the leg-press calf raise are the gastrocnemius and the soleus.
