Making jobshares work for everyone
Article Abstract:
Experts have provided few guidelines on making jobsharing successful for nurses. Knowing one's partner, being proactive, reading employer's poly on jobsharing, being prepared to work flexibly and communicating regularly with the partner are some of the strategies that would make jobsharing work.
