Article Abstract:
The chin-up and pull-up develop different sets of muscles. Chin-ups strengthen and give desired bulk and form to the biceps, latissimus dorsi and pectorals. Pull-ups work on the upper part of the lats and the pectorals. Procedures in doing the routines are presented.
