The research explains and describes various pharmacological treatments, including hysterectomy, that are employed by the nurses to improve the non-surgical management of heavy menstrual bleeding (HMB) among women. The author suggests that a good communication between the professionals and the patients, in addition to the various treatments and care depending on the woman's needs and preferences can help in improving the situation to a major extent.

Malnutrition in older people

The research show that older people are highly prone to malnutrition, which is basically caused due to several medical and social factors, in addition to the changes associated with ageing that worsens the process. The author suggests that more professionals should be trained and made aware of the various accuses, effects and consequences of malnutrition, so that the problem of malnutrition in older people can be addressed and solved more easily.
