Physical care fails mentally ill
Article Abstract:
Research has revealed that people with severe mental health illness and learning disabilities are more likely to develop long-term diseases at a younger age and die sooner than the general population. The findings from an 18-month investigation by the Disability Rights Commission (DRC) are reported.

Where are overseas nurses needed?

The NHS Workforce Review Team is facing a problem over the category of specialty nurses to be removed or maintained in the shortage occupation list of the Home Office. The appointments of overseas nurses in these specialties is opposed.
