MRSA cases halved within four years? Just how realistic is the new target?

The Department of Health (DOH) announced to make provisions so that MRSA infection rates are halved by the year 2008. The nurses however oppose the plan by doubting its scientific significance and reveal that the plan would increase the work pressure on them.
