Railway safety - the debate grows
Article Abstract:
The HSC railway inspectorate has not found any evidence of any overall decline in safety standards, following media details of a Railtrack report warning of another Clapham disaster. However the media report has alleged inadequate safety measures on the UK rail network from a leaked document prepared by Railtrack's chief safety assessor, Jack Rose. HM railway inspectorate is actively investigating incidents mentioned in the media article.

Shots in the dark?: have you ever thought of making your own health and safety training video>
Article Abstract:
It can be expensive to commission your own health and safety training video so it is necessary to determine who the video is being made for, how long it should run, what it is meant to achieve and whether there is a need to employ professional actors or narrators. If the video is to be taken on your own site internal clearances may be needed.
