Are 'advances' driving the NHS backwards?
Article Abstract:
'Advances' are actually masking some kind of unplanned retreat in the mental health services. It is found that it is more useful to listen to practioners than political apologists, as they tell a very different story.

Media representation of people with mental health problems
Article Abstract:
Stigma is still associated with mental health problems despite of organizations and campaigns working to reduce it. The literature concerning the media portrayal of mental health issues is reviewed.
