Rebound headaches; stopping the cycle of pain

Rebound headaches is caused by adapting pain relievers regularly as it is consisted of caffeine, aspirin and medications developed for migraines can also leads to rebound headaches. It can be cured by breaking dependence on pain medications with doctor's treatment and a short stay at hospital.

Food triggers of migraines; diet may play a role
Article Abstract:
Diet may play a role in migraine headaches, which afflict more than 23 million Americans. Foods associated with migraines include alcohol, aged cheese, caffeine and chocolate. Keeping a migraine diary is the best way to determine if a food or another factor is triggering the headaches.
