The authors review the latest research news. The subject of interest include the creation of a vaccine protecting children from typhoid fever, the role of BRCA1 in the breast cancer development, the association of caffeine consumption with the reduced risk of Parkinson Disease development and the mechanisms underlying Gram-positive bacteria virulence which is a constant threat to the hospitalized and immunocompromised patients.

IBM accused of ignoring employee 'cancer cluster'
Article Abstract:
Two former IBM employees filed suit against IBM and several of its chemical suppliers. They claim that the clean rooms in IBM manufacturing units bear carcinogenic chemicals in its atmosphere. Investigation on this issue is requested.
