US cancer research strategy revised
Article Abstract:
The budget for the National Institute of Cancer is proposed to be increased. The proposal prepared by the National Cancer Legislation Advisory Committee states increase will affect the national plan to eradicate cancer in our lifetime.

UK cancer charities concerned about new EU regulations
Article Abstract:
The European Union guidelines which cover clinical trials may affect Britain's cancer research charities in both time and money. The charities warn that the new law implementation costs could be too high to carry out the trials.
