Say it ain't so! Can too much vitamin C be bad for your health?

Recent studies have neither proven that excessive vitamin C intake can be harmful to the body nor shown that vitamin C can effectively cure or prevent diseases. Thus, the best thing for bodybuilders is to get vitamin C from food sources and take supplements moderately.
