Should you fast?

Most bodybuilders, including champions, fast to cleanse their bodies of organic and inorganic poisons such as acidic by-products of protein and fats. Fasting, however, can sometimes cause lower blood sugar and blood pressure levels, nausea, sleeplessness and muscle ache.
