Storytelling: a holistic foundation for genetic nursing
Article Abstract:
Storytelling is essential for developing and disseminating knowledge in genetic nursing. Storytelling is used by patients to interpret genetic risk information and identify their values and beliefs. It also enables genetic nurses to understand a person's behavior and have greater knowledge of them as a patient. This bridges the gap between technology and humanism and helps create a practice of person-centered holistic nursing.

A Holistic Interdisciplinary Health Care Research Model
Article Abstract:
A hierarchical structure is essential for effective interdisciplinary health care research. Collaboration without a principal investigator can lack the respectful mutual cooperation present in a hierarchical framework. A hierarchy also enables research teams to focus on specific project goals, and is based on the type of structure already familiar to research disciplines.
