Strategic renewal
Article Abstract:
There are still negative attitudes amongs health care professionals about treatment andmanagement of incontinence, and clinical practices need to undergo changes. Continenceadvisers need to initiate and guide changes relating to toileting programmes, and they shouldhave clinical contact. The source of power is often difficult to identify in the field of continenceadvice and the adviser may only have control over rationing of supplies and budgetmanagement.
