Super sugars: glyconutrients may be key to renewed immunity
Article Abstract:
Glyconutrients play an essential role in the regulation of programmed cell death or apoptosis. These nutrients contain glycoproteins, a combination of protein and sugar molecules necessary for normal cellular function. Additional research, however, is needed to support the inclusion of glyconutrients in the diet.

A research conducted on mice has proven that prolonged use of steroids may be lethal to human. Results revealed that mice administered with high-dosage of various androgen preparations tend to die faster than those which were not treated with steroids.
