The British Department of Health has prepared a report that suggests that the National Health Service needs to draw up a comprehensive policy on discipline for nurses and other medical personal and specifically address causes for suspension from duty. A report by Rachel Murray of the Royal College of Nursing on the effect of suspension on the lives of nurses.

An investigation with reference to the issue on whether the nurses believe that Labor has delivered is highlighted.
