There is substantial confusion over the kinds of fats that impact heart disease and weight. There are three kinds: saturated, poly-unsaturated and mono-unsaturated. A total daily diet should not contain more than 40 grams of fat or 360 out of a total intake of 1,200 calories.

Finding a breast lump

Breast lumps can be can be benign. Women should perform a self-examination monthly and be seen by a health care professional annually. A mammogram is a good, although not perfect, diagnostic procedure. Others are also described, and treatments are discussed.
