Tax Havens and Their Uses, 1990
Article Abstract:
Caroline Doggart's 'Tax Havens and Their Uses, 1990' is a 163-page manual detailing tax havens for companies and emigrants. According to Doggert, tax burdens differ greatly worldwide, but there are many barriers to emigration. For example, the cost of living in many tax havens is very high. In addition, differences in language, climate and culture may diminish importance of the tax advantages. The book is published by the Economist Publications Unit and is priced at $112.50.
