The competitive edge
Article Abstract:
The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents' (RoSPA) Awards Scheme is designed to encourage high standards in the management of occupational safety and health. RoSPA is aware of the need to ensure that the scheme remains relevant and retains its reputation for honesty and integrity. Consultations have led to the decision that the gold, silver, bronze and merit achievement awards will remain the key element of the scheme, but that there will be a strong focus on the competitive sector awards. The judges will also place greater emphasis on seeking evidence of entrants' commitment to RoSPA's 'key issues.'
