Article Abstract:
Data collected from interviews are used to investigate participants' perspectives on the impact of faecal incontinence on the lifestyle and quality of their life. In spite of the presence of negative responses in such people, health professionals can cause a shift to positive dynamics by being conservant with clinical continence promotion and also by tailoring interventions to individuals' psychological responses to faecal incontinence.
