The ideal home expedition
Article Abstract:
The members of the UK's Royal Commission on the Funding of Long Term Care for the Elderly are touring the country to seek the views of users and providers on the future of long-term care. The commission is focusing on funding, but is also looking at all aspects of care. It will be considering written evidence from individuals and organizations, as well as hearing the views of a reference group of 57 organizations. Sir Stewart Sutherland, chair of the commission, is keen to stress that the tour is not merely a public relations exercise.
