The importance of thorough physiological assessment
Article Abstract:
Sharon Wood, a nursing student at the university of Salford, describes the knowledge she acquired about performing a comprehensive physiological assessment after reading an article by Trim. She feels that a nurse can not only assess a patients physiological status but also the psychological status which results in better patient care and help to reinforce the value of observations to students and qualified staff alike.
