Bodybuilder Frank Zane developed his small muscular waistline by directing his hunger towards abdominal workouts and abdominal vacuuming. The vacuuming exercises allowed Zane to stay hungry longer and do more vacuuming workouts, which resulted in Zane's winning midsection form.
