Training logic: How the science of sets, reps and rest can speed your gains in the gym
Article Abstract:
The correct number of set and reps required, as well as the amount of rest needed to maximise muscle gain is discussed. High numbers of sets and reps with shorter rest periods are needed for endurance, whereas low numbers of sets and reps with a longer rests period produces increased maximum strength.
