Troubleshooting: delts and traps
Article Abstract:
Bodybuilders easily commit mistakes when training their deltoids. The most common mistakes involve internal rotation of the shoulders during the upward movement, not keeping the elbows above the weight, squeezing the shoulder blades together during the concentric phase and locking out the elbows at the top of a press. It is necessary to guard against these mistakes to avoid injuries.
