Using the 'Getting it Right' tool for children and young people

Studies reveal that ensuring that primary care nurses can address the health needs of babies, children and young people is critically important. Thus a self-assessment tool to identify skills and competencies is launched and a brief overview of the 'Getting it Right for Children and Young People: A Self-assessment Tool for Practice Nurses' tool is presented.

Satisfaction surveys are a scandalous waste of NHS resources

Satisfaction surveys are a waste of National Health Service resources as per a nurse who is not satisfied from her results of annual satisfaction survey. She believes that nurses are rated by customers on their all-round interpersonal skills however customers might not be able to reveal whether or not that nurse's interventions are clinically good.
