Who will train the inspectors
Article Abstract:
Long-term health care is long overdue for a review. The United Kingdom's Registered Homes Act of 1984 addressed the need for the inspection of private and voluntary care. However, no consideration was taken into the fact that training for inspectors might be needed.

Acting on dilemmas in palliative care
Article Abstract:
Nurses who provide palliative and terminal care are given a multiprofessional palliative care program of education at the North Devon District Hospital. This program includes a forum theater in which real-life situations are enacted.

Article Abstract:
The incidence and complexity of allergic disease has increased dramatically in the UK in recent years. Training for primary health care professionals is also needed so that patients can receive early diagnosis and advice.
