Work relationships between agency and permanent staff

Article Abstract:

A qualitative design with an interpretative phenomenological analysis is used to understand the feelings and experiences of permanent staff and their relationship with agency workers within care homes. Some of the recommendations such as providing regular agency members for care homes, encouraging permanent staff to recommend particular agency workers, improved communication, providing training for agency workers help would improve relationships between them.
