Focus on smoking and stress in NHS
Article Abstract:
An independent survey found that nine out of 10 responding hospitals have appointed a coordinator for the Health at Work in the NHS project, or have established an implementation group. Most hospitals were found to be tackling the main areas of health promotion emphasised by the Health Education Authority, particularly relating to smoking, stress reduction, management practices and alcohol awareness.
