Article Abstract:
Plant mass is the bulk of a shrub's size and weight. Evergreens are used primarily in gardens to give structure as well as protection to other plants in winter months. Landscaping involves the use of mass in plants and trees to give a garden a sense of 'rhythm' and aesthetic flow.
