A theory-based framework for strategic global human resource staffing policies and practices
Article Abstract:
Research designed to produce a theory base that can back up a range of international human resource staffing structures that could be implemented in a global context is presented. It is concluded that there is strong support for the view that current strategic global human resources management practices are inadequate.
