An application of the unfolding model to explain turnover in a sample of military officers
Article Abstract:
With reference to the United States Air Force, the reasons that drive voluntary turnover decisions of military and civilian people are analyzed. This article uses the unfolding model to help organizational leaders in understanding employee decisions to leave.
